“Real estate is not just about selling a space, it's about selling a lifestyle,” said Herman. “Buying a home is one of the most emotional purchases anyone can make. When real estate professionals work with top interior designers to create imaginative living environments, consumers will be able to picture themselves at home – they won’t have to re-imagine an empty space. Our hope is that this event will create lasting partnerships between both industries.”

In an effort to unite all participants in both industries, Cliff Young Ltd. will introduce the latest technology in design presentations, showing how much design can transform a space. Top real estate professionals and prominent interior designers will attend and participate in this thoughtful discussion and visual presentation lead by Herman and Hampton on topics including the organic relationship between real estate and interior design, internet marketing, enticing high-end foreign buyers, and staging new developments.

“Helping our clients create very personalized living environments and unique, custom pieces of furniture couldn’t be more important today. My father started this company with this vision and all our resources of talent and expertise are focusing on giving our client the greatest experience in enhancing their lifestyle,” said Leslie Young, host of the event. “Real Estate and Interior Design Working Together” will be held September 19th from 6 PM to 8:30 PM at the Cliff Young Showroom on Lexington Avenue. Admission is by invitation only.

About Cliff Young, LTD
Cliff Young Ltd. was founded in 1968 by Alberto Azzolina, a young Italian musician recently returned from the army. Backed by an extraordinarily talented team, he perfected the art of developing pieces of furniture for his clients and with his clients, that were the best possible match for their interiors and lifestyle. He also learned firsthand the challenges of creating unique, custom designs, and the amount of work, talent, engineering, effort and persistence required behind each successful design. His daughter, Leslie, joined him early on in the showroom as a child, and learned along, perfecting the art of listening and translating a client’s vision and needs for the home into unique furniture designs. She joined the firm in 1988 and soon enough started making her mark with a higher sensibility in terms of changing lifestyle trends impacting the furniture business. For more information, visit
