Australia’s cost of living is rising at a greater rate than its household income, which is why more people are having difficulties in repaying their mortgages and investing on real property according to real estate guru Rick Otton.
New analysis by PRDnationwide show a 38.5 percent increase in Australia’s cost of living in 2011 while household income had increased by only 20.4 percent in the same year.

Creative Real Estate Investment Strategies
Rick Otton has been sharing his creative and innovative investment strategies for several years now. The same strategies that he used to build his portfolio of more than 75 properties in his first year of real estate investing have helped thousands of individuals own and invest in properties whatever economic state the country is in.
J and S Sarai, IT Consultant and Bookkeeper from New South Wales were able to buy a $1.3 million house by using one of Rick’s creative investment strategies – the lease option strategy. “We are extremely grateful because this would not be possible without Rick Otton,” the Sarais proudly said.
“These creative real estate strategies work regardless of the country’s current financial condition, whether household income and cost of living are going up or down. They are designed to fit whatever situation you may be in,” Rick Otton explained.
Rick Otton’s innovative property investment strategies are explained in full detail in his recently published book “How to Buy a House for a Dollar” and discussed in a series of one day live training seminars throughout the country, one of which will be held in Sydney this October.
“The purpose of these one day live training seminars is to show people how these strategies actually work. They are designed in a way for people to easily understand creative real property strategies and how to innovatively use them in property investing.” Mr. Otton explained.
This October Rick Otton will be sharing his creative real estate strategies in Sydney. “I assure you that before our 8 hours are up, you’ll know how to creatively negotiate any property for sale and buy your dream house! You’ll be running through the door wanting to start on your property investing at once,” said Mr. Otton.
